Can I live here if I’m not a student?
No, this property is intended and operated for occupancy by students enrolled in secondary education. This can be college, trade school, cosmetology school, etc., we simply require documentation that proves occupants are enrolled/will be enrolled in higher education.
What types of units are available?
We offer 4-bedroom / 2-bath units and 2-bedroom / 2-bath suites.
What if I don’t have 3 roommates?
No problem! Everyone who fills out an application also fills out a roommate information sheet that we use to put you with roommates your answers are compatible with. If you already have roommates picked out, just list their names on your application when you fill it out.
How close are you to WKU?
We are a 7 minute walk and 2 minute drive from WKUs campus! There is even a WKU white line bus stop by the clubhouse.
Do you allow pets?
No.
Do you allow smoking or tobacco?
No. Campus Flats is smoke free and tobacco, weed, and vapes are prohibited.
Do you have reserved parking?
No, residents have free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What does my rent include?
All utilities (electric, water, heat, gas, trash removal, sewer, Wifi, and air conditioning) are included in rent. We do not have cable or phone lines.
What size are the beds?
Full.
Do I need to bring a TV?
Units come with a TV in the living room, if you want one for your bedroom you will need to bring your own.
How do I apply?
You can apply online or you can stop by and fill out an application at the clubhouse. There is a $40 per person application fee that can be paid with cash, cashier’s check, money order, or Venmo.
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in person at our clubhouse, leave it in our drop box, or pay online through Propertyware.
What lease lengths do you offer?
12-month leases and short-term leases with applicable fees.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, we have security cameras in the clubhouse and throughout the property.
